AP Oil is a company based in Singapore that manufactures and sells quality lubricants and petrochemical products.
From research and development to manufacturing, filling and packaging, AP Oil products are made with the highest standards and have been consistently adopted in over 20 countries where we have a well-tested supply system, and have passed quality tests and multiple inspections in those countries.
Yuken Chemical Company signed an agreement with AP Oil in 2018 to be its exclusive distributor in Japan.
We look forward to introducing AP Oil products and fulfilling the business needs of many customers throughout Japan.

- 1975
- Company name was changed from the original name Huan Chew Oil Trading to AP Oil International Ltd.

- 1981
- AP Oil International Limited began manufacturing lubricants in 1981, and set up the first Singaporean-owned lubricant plant in Singapore.

- 1988
- AP established its second lubricant manufacturing plant, Alpha Pacific Petroleum (S) Pte Ltd.
This plant has a private jetty which is capable of berthing vessels of up to 3,000 metric tons and a has storage terminal with a total capacity of about 6,000 metric tons.

- Acquired A.I.M Chemical Industries Pte Ltd in 2000 and expanded our business into specialty chemicals.
This wholly-owned subsidiary operates a chemical blending plant providing toll-blending and contract manufacturing services, mainly for multi-national companies.

- Listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, and in 2003, our stock was upgraded to the main Singapore stock exchange board.

- Acquired another specialty chemical company, GB Chemicals, Pte Ltd.

- 2008
- Established a joint-venture company in Vietnam with the state-owned Saigon Petro Co, Ltd.
Acquired Castrol's factory and production equipment in Ho Chi Minh City, and began to produce AP lubricants in Vietnam.

- Established a base in Shanghai, established a joint venture in Chongquing.
